Beyoncé is being sued by Abercrombie & Fitch, who claims it owns the rights to the name of her new perfume 'Sasha Fierce,' because of a similarly named cologne they sell called 'Fierce.'
The clothing company, who says they racked up $190 million in sales since 2002, thinks the name "poses a likelihood of confusion."

I actually have to agree with AnF on this one. Most people don't know who Sasha Fierce is and could mix up the two.
